A totally new machine, the 3530 features a host of innovative systems to make production more effiecient and reduce operator input.
The machine comprises of three sections, unwind, main machine and rewind. Each section has been optimised to give the best possible performance.
The latest machine from Newfoil is the 3530, designed to meet the demand for a wider web machine and be compatible with the increasingly popular digital printing systems. The new machine is capable of processing webs up to 340mm wide in large commercial sized rolls.

The new print/embossing and die-cutting stations have a novel system for adjusting the impression weight or depth of cut which reduces the number of components to a minimum. Operators are able to control adjustments with micro-millimetre accuracy, reducing set up times.
Setting the registration between print and cut is accomplished by traversing the complete print head along the machine bed by a stepper motor and ballscrew. To ensure accuracy, a digital display shows the exact position to 0.1mm.
Versatility remains a major feature of all Newfoil equipment and among the many options available are sheeting, rotary and back slitting, hologram registration systems, multi-lamination processes, variable data input and digital printing with laser and inkjet systems.
